Roles & Responsibilities: -

• Accepting both optional roles from working from home and Singapore office.

• Initiative and tabulation of lighting quantity from lighting schedule or plan provided.

• Raise queries on discrepancies in tender documents/drawings.

• Prepare quotation as per given list of drawings.

• Ability to source of right products and quotations from product manufacturers.

• Preparation set of complete documents from costing, drawings, dialux simulation, proposal, and specifications for projects.

• Lead the initiation and planning of projects and ensure technical feasibility.

• To coordinate staff and internal resources and ensure resource availability and allocation through company’s digitalised platform.

• Digitalise and develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress of project.

• To understand and ensure of the right procurement of products for individual projects.

• Ensure accurate and timely deliverables within the stipulated scope and budget.

• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of projects.

• Manage relationships and expectations with clients and stakeholders.

• Achieve and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.

• Manage material handling cost.

• Optimize and improve processes and overall approaches, where necessary.

• Proper site management.

• Report and escalate to upper management, when necessary.

• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Being a responsible team player by providing proper regular updates and constant improvements on company’s project digital software.

• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by the HOD.

Requirements: -

Education and Qualification Requirements

• Professional Certificate/ NiTec, Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Project or Engineering.

Experience Requirements

• 3 years of sales and project experience.
