roles & responsibilities: -

• accepting both optional roles from working from home and singapore office.

• initiative and tabulation of lighting quantity from lighting schedule or plan provided.

• raise queries on discrepancies in tender documents/drawings.

• prepare quotation as per given list of drawings.

• ability to source of right products and quotations from product manufacturers.

• preparation set of complete documents from costing, drawings, dialux simulation, proposal, and specifications for projects.

• lead the initiation and planning of projects and ensure technical feasibility.

• to coordinate staff and internal resources and ensure resource availability and allocation through company’s digitalised platform.

• digitalise and develop a detailed plan to monitor and track progress of project.

• to understand and ensure of the right procurement of products for individual projects.

• ensure accurate and timely deliverables within the stipulated scope and budget.

• coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure proper execution of projects.

• manage relationships and expectations with clients and stakeholders.

• achieve and maintain high degree of customer satisfaction.

• manage material handling cost.

• optimize and improve processes and overall approaches, where necessary.

• proper site management.

• report and escalate to upper management, when necessary.

• create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• being a responsible team player by providing proper regular updates and constant improvements on company’s project digital software.

• other ad hoc duties as assigned by the hod.

requirements: -

education and qualification requirements

• professional certificate/ nitec, diploma, advanced/ higher/ graduate diploma, bachelor’s degree, post graduate diploma, professional degree in project or engineering.

experience requirements

• 3 years of sales and project experience.
