Aakash's work has also been published in Urban Land magazine, showcasing his expertise in development proposals and winning strategies.

His extensive experience includes collaborations with letsbuildUK on development proposals and appraisals, as well as contributions to mid-sized residential developments and refurbishments in the US. In India, Aakash worked with top architectural firms and developers on significant projects such as the Bihar Sadan (New Delhi), Patna collectorate, DLF Mall of India, Urban square Mall & Hotels, group housing ventures, resorts and commercial developments in South India before establishing SKY+Line Built.

Aakash's accolades extend to his Bachelor's degree in Architecture from BVP, Pune, where he excelled as a design topper and secured victories in national-level design competitions.
