We are hiring Civil Engineering Drafters / Draftsmen in Bengaluru, offering a clear path from office-based training to a flexible remote work role.

We welcome fresh graduates in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields who want to build a career in CAD and drafting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate floor plans using our in-house web-based tools

• Deliver drawings on time and meet project standards

• Follow drafting guidelines and quality requirements

Training Phase (Office-Based)

Total package: ~INR 26,000/month (includes insurance and statutory benefits)

Take-home: ~INR 15,000/month

Hands-on training with guidance to become a freelancer

Post-Training (Remote Career)

Work from home as a freelancer

Income: around USD 400/month plus performance bonuses (typically USD 100-200; top performers can earn more)
