The Estimation Engineer is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates and tender proposals based on drawings, specifications, and BOQ.Key Responsibilities:Study drawings, BOQ, and project specifications.Take quantities and prepare BOQ.Prepare detailed cost estimates and rate analysis.Develop competitive tender pricing.Identify assumptions, exclusions, and risks in the estimate.Coordinate with design, purchase, and project teams.Support bid submission and post-award budget handover.Skills Required:Ability to read drawings and prepare BOQ.Good knowledge of materials and costing.Strong analytical and MS Excel skills.Good communication and coordination.

An HVAC estimator analyzes the scope of a proposed heating, ventilation, and air conditioning project to create a detailed estimate of the project's cost. As an HVAC estimator, you consider the cost of labor and materials and describe what is needed for your client's consideration.HVAC estimators have a wide range of responsibilities, which can includePreparing proposals for bids on new construction projects or retrofitting existing buildings to meet energy efficiency standardsCollecting information about the clients business needs and goals, including square footage requirements, desired temperature range, ventilation requirements, etc.Calculating the cost of materials and labor required to complete the project, including taxes and feesCreating an estimate of materials and labor costs based on the scope of the job, including any materials that need to be purchased and any equipment that needs to be rented or purchasedPreparing drawings of space layouts and equipment placement to illustrate the scope of work involved in a projectPreparing cost estimates for projects using hand calculations or computer software such as Excel spreadsheets or AutoCAD programsWorking with architects and designers to ensure that building plans meet code specifications regarding safety and energy efficiencyCommunicating regularly with clients to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns or issuesManaging subcontractors to ensure that all work is completed according to specifications and within budget parameters

Job Role :-Develop 2D/3D drawings of design specifications for mechanical equipment and components to assist in planning and productionUse CAD programs to combine schematics and design data into accurate 3D modelsAnalyze design documents and plans to verify dimensions and materials and coordinate with engineers to resolve any errorsAssist engineers during initial planning by creating on-the-fly design sketches and models for analysis and modificationCollaborate with engineers, production technicians and clients as necessary to identify design problems and develop effective solutionsQualifications :-Proficient with AutoCADBachelors degree in mechanical drafting, or CAD certification plus 2 years of relevant work experienceSolid understanding of product design and mechanical engineering principlesAccurate, organized and able to work with minimal supervision

Must have 2 to 3 years experience & willing to travel different sites in Gujarat, Maharashtra & Experience in Autocad Drafting . Good communication skills required.
