We are looking for a Drafter to work with our team of Architects and Engineers and convert designs into technical plansResponsibilitiesCreate detailed designs with computer-aided design (CAD) softwarePerforming calculations for materials and weight limitations.Communicating with architects and engineers, and incorporating knowledge gained into drawings.Preparing both rough sketches and detailed work with CADD systems.Thinking creatively and critically to support the project team in the design process, to create sketches and drawings that work.Creating accurate CAD drawings from hand sketches, verbal instructions, and site visits.Review drawings for completeness and accuracyMaintain all revisions of project drawings.Maintain all revisions of project drawings.Seamlessly integrating and working with project managers design consultants, and sub-contractors, to produce and alter drawings.RequirementsBachelor of Science in engineering or architecture/Diploma in civil engineeringMinimum 3 years of experience in AutoCADJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 15,000.00 - 25,000.00 per month

3D MAX to determine requirements for current and future projects.Expert in 3d max program, Photoshop, AutoCAD.Analyze the drawing plans.Great ability to work in teamwork and under pressure.Have several techniques in presentation.Work with the Project Manager(s) and project team (s) on conceptual designs, presentations, design developmentResolve complex design issues with innovative and practical solutions.Produce graphic presentations, 3D renderings, and construction drawings.Assist in planning, making adaptations and modifications to complete the working drawings.Contribute to office activities, initiatives, and learning programs.Working with modeling commercial, offices, compoundAptitude to learn new concepts quickly and accept new challenges.Display of multiple-tasking ability accompanied by sound judgment.Dexterity to prioritize and manage tasks against deadlines and other metrics.High level of organization and attention to detail.
