The Senior Civil Engineer will be responsible for planning, execution, and supervision of major commercial construction projects including airports, bus terminals, and other large public infrastructure. The role involves managing site operations, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring quality and safety compliance, and delivering projects on time and within budget.Key ResponsibilitiesProject Execution & Site ManagementLead and manage civil construction activities for large commercial projects such as airports, terminals, and transport infrastructureSupervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors, and workforceEnsure construction is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project schedulesMonitor progress, productivity, and resource utilizationDesign & Technical CoordinationReview structural, architectural, and MEP drawings and resolve design-related issuesCoordinate with consultants, architects, and authorities for technical approvalsEnsure proper implementation of design changes and value engineering proposalsQuality, Safety & ComplianceEnsure adherence to quality standards, QA/QC procedures, and project specificationsImplement safety standards and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirementsConduct inspections, audits, and site quality checksPlanning & Cost ControlAssist in project planning, scheduling, and progress trackingMonitor quantities, measurements, and material consumptionSupport cost control, billing, and certification of subcontractor workSkills & CompetenciesExcellent project management and leadership skillsStrong understanding of structural, finishing, and infrastructure worksProficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project / Primavera, and MS OfficeKnowledge of contract administration and BOQsStrong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
