Mechanical Design Engineer

Astr Defence! Pvt Ltd a leading unit specializing in the R&D and manufacturing of small arms, electro-optics, and other defence products for our armed forces, is HIRING for experienced MECHANICAL DESIGN ENGINEERS.

BE/BTech/M tech/GTTC/NTTF

* Sketching and ideation during the early design phase.

* Creating 3D models, Analysis, Protyping, Integration and testing

* Proficiency in CAD software (., and simulation tools (., Ansys, Abaqus).

* Assembly tolerance and GD&T knowledge.

* Understanding of how designs translate to real world manufacturing.

* Familiarity with precision machining processes, injection moulding, sheet metal etc.

* Understanding material properties and their implications on design and cost.

* Precision in drawings, tolerance stack-up and documentation.

* You will be part of creating Deep tech small arms.
