We are hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Q.AMinimum 8+ Years of experience in Engineering CompanyStrong knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS), IATF 16949 & ISO 9001.Experience in supplier quality and in-process quality management.Expertise in quality tools, audits, and root cause analysiTo carry out routine Inspection on the final product and record in the registerTo suggest the modification/improvement in the manufacturing process and fixtures.To carry out analysis of defects on daily / monthly basis, record and follow-up corrective actions.To submit basic data to Manager Quality at desired frequency and to get involved inTo effectively participate in internal complaints corrective & preventive actions.To control line rejection and take effective measures to control cost of poor quality.store all process inspection documents, gauges, Inspection instruments & quality records, systematically to ensure easy traceability.Qualification- D.M.E / B.E- Mechanical

Minimum 5+ years relevant experience in QMS and Quality Engineer AutomotiveBachelor Degree, MBA will be preferredIATF internal auditor certificate, ISO 9001 lead Auditor certificate will be preferredSimilar role in Manufacturing entity. Preferably from Aerospace/Automotive components sector.Strong understanding of IATF, ISO 9001, 6 Core tools & Problem solving tools .Proficient within the English language both written and spoken.Expert in MS office, Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc.Lead the development and implementation standardized Quality Management System compliant to IATF & AS9100DLead and Focal Point of Contact and Program Management automotive requirements (Customer Specific Requirements / Agreements, Customer Matrix and Gap Analysis)Drive QMS process improvement and standardization projects focused on compliance with Quality Systems requirements working with cross-functional teams globally.Lead IATF & AS9100D Audits. Implement and lead global QMS internal audit process and systems.Apply project management principals to ensure timely completion of QMS process improvements, corrective actions, and report out on project timelines/status.Coordinate external audits by the accredited certification body, other regulatory bodies and 3rd parties, and coordinate responses to applicable audit findings.Train cross-functional teams on QMS, IATF & AS9100DLeading and developing the team and ensures that they meet daily/monthly objectives through understanding quality control and effective Lean methods.Ensure entire team staff properly trained, resourced, supported and managed to achieve objectives.Responsibility for the achievement of departmental KPI`s and ensure that QMS targets are achieved establishing corrective actions and solutions should these not be met.
