Manage, coach, and develop a team of regional Human Resources Senior SpecialistsLeverage HR colleagues in the Solutions team, Employee relations, to deliver full HR solutions in matters of performance, policies, and other HR mattersExecute initiatives and programs to better align People & Organization strategy with the business objectives of designated client business unitsEngage and influence key stakeholders to support and implement P&O initiatives across the designated client business unitsAssist and/or lead P&O related projectsEnsure successful onboarding of all new hiresSupport organization design opportunities across client groupsPartner/leverage our HR Centers of Excellence teams to support client groups and execute HR programsDevelop, support, and communicate policies and proceduresSupport initiatives that help to maintain an open and positive work environmentDevelop and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs that align with the company's goals and objectives.Manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and other workplace issues.Oversee recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring of candidates.Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary structures, bonus programs, and employee benefits.Maintain accurate HR records, including personnel files, attendance records, and other HR-related documents.Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.Manage and mentor HR staff, including providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including safety and environmental policies.
