Key Responsibilities: Perform CFD simulations including geometry preparation & clean-up, meshing, solver setup and post-processing Analyze fluid flow, heat transfer and related physical phenomena across various systems Validate CFD results with test data and support design improvements Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing and manufacturing Optimize product designs using simulation-driven insights Maintain project timelines and deliverables with high-quality standards Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors or Masters degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Automotive / Chemical Engineering or related field 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in CFD analysis using tools like ANSYS Fluent, CFX or similar Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer and turbulence modeling Experience in preparing CAD geometry using SolidWorks or equivalent Familiarity with pre-processing tools such as SpaceClaim, Design Modeler and/or ICEM CFD Proficiency in meshing tools such as ANSYS Meshing and/or ICEM CFD Hands-on experience with OpenFOAM is an added advantage Basic programming or scripting skills in Python (or equivalent) for workflow automation Good written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
