CFD Engineer (full Time)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled CFD Engineer with 2 - 4 years of industry experience to join our

engineering team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fluid dynamics and thermal

analysis, practical experience with commercial CFD software and the capability to address real-world

engineering challenges across sectors such as automotive, HVAC, turbo machinery, electronics cooling,

process equipment or aerospace.

Key Responsibilities:

 Perform CFD simulations including geometry preparation & clean-up, meshing, solver setup and

post-processing

 Analyze fluid flow, heat transfer and related physical phenomena across various systems

 Validate CFD results with test data and support design improvements

 Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings

 Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing and manufacturing

 Optimize product designs using simulation-driven insights

 Maintain project timelines and deliverables with high-quality standards

Required Skills and Qualifications:

 Bachelors or Master’s degree in Mechanical / Aerospace / Automotive / Chemical Engineering or

related field

 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in CFD analysis using tools like ANSYS Fluent, CFX or

similar

 Strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer and turbulence modeling

 Experience in preparing CAD geometry using SolidWorks or equivalent

 Familiarity with pre-processing tools such as SpaceClaim, Design Modeler and/or ICEM CFD

 Proficiency in meshing tools such as ANSYS Meshing and/or ICEM CFD

 Hands-on experience with OpenFOAM is an added advantage

 Basic programming or scripting skills in Python (or equivalent) for workflow automation

 Good written and verbal communication skills

 Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
