CFD Engineer (full Time)

job summary:

we are seeking a motivated and skilled cfd engineer with 2 - 4 years of industry experience to join our

engineering team. the ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of fluid dynamics and thermal

analysis, practical experience with commercial cfd software and the capability to address real-world

engineering challenges across sectors such as automotive, hvac, turbo machinery, electronics cooling,

process equipment or aerospace.

key responsibilities:

 perform cfd simulations including geometry preparation & clean-up, meshing, solver setup and

post-processing

 analyze fluid flow, heat transfer and related physical phenomena across various systems

 validate cfd results with test data and support design improvements

 prepare detailed technical reports and presentations to communicate findings

 collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, testing and manufacturing

 optimize product designs using simulation-driven insights

 maintain project timelines and deliverables with high-quality standards

required skills and qualifications:

 bachelors or master’s degree in mechanical / aerospace / automotive / chemical engineering or

related field

 2 - 4 years of hands-on experience in cfd analysis using tools like ansys fluent, cfx or

similar

 strong knowledge of fluid dynamics, heat transfer and turbulence modeling

 experience in preparing cad geometry using solidworks or equivalent

 familiarity with pre-processing tools such as spaceclaim, design modeler and/or icem cfd

 proficiency in meshing tools such as ansys meshing and/or icem cfd

 hands-on experience with openfoam is an added advantage

 basic programming or scripting skills in python (or equivalent) for workflow automation

 good written and verbal communication skills

 ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
