Documentation & Manifesting: Prepare, verify, and process air waybills (AWBs), customs paperwork, and manifest reports.Operations Oversight: Coordinate cargo acceptance, proper packing, marking, weighing, and segregation for domestic or international flights.Loading & Dispatch: Supervise the loading and unloading of cargo from aircraft and coordinate warehouse dispatch.Regulatory Compliance: Liaison with customs, airport authorities, and government agencies to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).Customer Coordination: Handle booking inquiries, resolve shipment discrepancies, and track missing or delayed cargo.

Responsibilities:1. Supervise and oversee security operations at the airport terminal.2. Monitor security staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.3. Conduct periodic security checks and audits to maintain safety standards.4. Respond to security incidents promptly and take appropriate action.5. Train new security staff and provide on-the-job coaching to improve performance.6. Coordinate with airport authorities and law enforcement agencies as needed.7. Maintain accurate records of security incidents and make recommendations for improvements.
