We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Air Hostesses. In this role, you will ensure that passengers have a safe and pleasant journey while providing exceptional customer service.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Service: Greet passengers warmly and assist them with boarding, providing a friendly and welcoming atmosphere throughout the flight.- Safety Checks: Conduct pre-flight safety demonstrations and ensure that all safety protocols are followed during the flight, prioritizing passenger safety at all times.- In-Flight Assistance: Attend to passengers needs during the flight, such as serving meals and beverages, responding to inquiries, and ensuring their comfort.- Emergency Handling: Be prepared to act calmly in case of an emergency by following established protocols and helping passengers understand safety procedures.- Team Collaboration: Work closely with fellow crew members to maintain a coordinated and efficient cabin environment, ensuring smooth operations throughout the flight.Required Skills and Expectations:To be successful in this role, candidates should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with passengers. A friendly demeanor and a positive attitude are essential. Candidates must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and remain composed under pressure. Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and holidays, is expected. Prior experience is not necessary, but a willingness to learn and a passion for travel are highly valued. A minimum education of 10th pass is required.

NEEDED AIRPORT GROUND STAFF HR Mr. Nitin Sharma Check-in: Greet passengers, verify tickets and travel documents (passport, visa, etc.). Seat allocation: Assign seats to passengers. Boarding pass issuance: Issue boarding passes, which are documents that allow passengers to board the aircraft. Baggage handling: Assist with baggage check-in and weigh luggage. Passenger assistance: Provide assistance to passengers, including those with special needs or those experiencing fear of flying. Boarding gate duties: Process passengers at the boarding gate, ensuring they have the correct boarding pass and documents. Has to receive the bookings, make reservations in the GDS System and other travel portals, and have to pass the booking to the Consolidator to issue the tickets. Once the booking is confirmed and tickets are issued, the candidate has to do the billing in the accounting software (we will provide the training) and has to send the bills to the clients. Handling Reservations & Ticketing ( Domestic and International) *The candidate will have to provide end to end services to the client.
