AS CFI Coordinator, you will spearhead the establishment and management of the CFI Project Management Unit and successfully implement its activities.Key responsibilitiesThe person hired will be responsible to coordinate the following activities under the overall supervision of CFI Grant Manager and Technical Advisor and in coordination with other Alliance staff based in India office or elsewhere:1. Plan, prepare conference announcement and coordinate logistic arrangements for successful organization of annual conference;2. Organize project related consultation workshop and meetings to discuss CFI grant implementation protocols;3. Synthesis and publish conference and meetings proceedings;4. Prepare and publish grant announcement and proposal submission guidelines;5. Coordinate in developing and regular updating CFI website and online portal for CFI virtual knowledge and evidence hub;6. Develop and disseminate communication, capacity building, and outreach materials;

Need a farm manager to manage the operation work of a farm, manage labour, procure raw materials, connect with vendors.The candidate will be responsible for all daily responsibilities at the farm related to labour, production, delivery to buyers and finding new buyers in the market.
