Job DescriptionJob Overview:Handling all over corporate legal matters and issues, like criminal, civil, consumer, drafting & vetting issues, handling brands & others, etc., Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, intellectual property law, and regulatory compliance.Responsibilities and Duties:1.
