Role & Requirement:

1. Handling litigations including preparation of drafts and thorough with filing procedures.

2. Regular appearances before all the tribunals and courts in / Around NCR.

3. Preparation, reviewing petitions, applications, suits, written statements, evidence and other documents to be filed in courts;

4, Helping with execution of different assignments;

5. Misc. Corporate work.

6. 138, arbitration, consumer, insolvency, recovery

7. daily coordination with counsels on PAN India basis;

8. daily updation of MIS / status-reporting emails to clients on each matter

Job Type: Full-time - 6 days a week
