Responsibilities:1. Assisting the Advocate Lawyer in conducting legal research and drafting legal documents.2. Providing administrative support, such as preparing case files and maintaining case records.3. Assisting in court proceedings, including attending hearings and trials.4. Communicating with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals.5. Conducting client interviews and obtaining relevant information for cases.6. Assisting with case preparation and strategy development.

5 to 10 years experience in HC Calcutta with good drafting skill in English and fluent in English.
