Provide excellent customer support while adhering to company policy. Make daily outbound calls on the given data at least 80-100 per day and reach out to potential customers. Have a conversion of 3-5 per day. Do not violate company policy or provide any incorrect or misleading information to customers and clients. Do not spread false commitments to customers. Conduct your work in accordance with company policy. Maintain records efficiently and provide a proper reporting to your senior officer on a day-to-day basis

Assist in maintaining the back stock room and setting up merchandise displays on the sales floorDevelop solutions for customers by listening to their needs and recommending the appropriate productsGreet customers as they enter the store and help them to find the proper team member to assist themUtilize the companys POS system to cash customers out or administer returnsCollaborate with other team members to keep the sales floor area clean and organized at all times

Good communication and convincing skills both english and hindi
