Job Role : Account ExecutiveExperience Required : 6 Months - 1 YearRoles and Responsibilities: Maintaining accurate financial records. To maintain account of customer and vendor and also maintain accountregister. GST related work Maintain all records like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments. Maintain Sales Purchase Registers & Keep in Software properly Handling to Day-to-Day Accounting Finalization of Accounts, Statement of Accounts, Debtors Controls Accounts, Balance sheet Statement, Consumption Charts, Trails Balance, Fixed Assetsetc. Preparing outstanding reports of vendors and clients. Regular follow ups regarding payment with vendors and clients. Making reports as per management requirement.Requirements: Should have 6 Months to 1 Year of Experience in Accounting domain Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field. Hands-On experience in tally. Strong analytical, communication, and computer skills. Understanding of mathematics and accounting and financial processes. Attention to detail.

Roles and ResponsibilitiesAccounting knowledge pertaining to entries in books of Accounts. Experience on hands on working, Tally knowledge is a must, any other audit or accounting functions will be an added advantage.The incumbent will be responsible for day to day accounting, Tally ERP, Bank Reconciliation, Debtors/ Creditors Ledgers, Vendor Payment, GST and TDS Returns, LC , Trial Balance, Balance Sheet and Statutory AuditsCandidate should have good grip of tally invoicing, e-way bill, e-invoicing features as well.Desired Candidate Profile:The candidate should be commerce graduate with minimum 3 years working experience of computerized accounting in Tally software, familiar with MS office and proficient with oral and written communication skills.Candidate should have sound knowledge of general accounting and can handle all accounts related work independently.Maintain day to day records of payments, receipts, vouchers, petty cash records, stock registers including entry for inwards & outwards entry of materials Candidate should have had experience with Tally Entries and GST. Candidate should be willing to learn and adapt to changing situations.
