This includes managing teams/staff, overseeing budgets and schedules, and ensuring compliance with governing bodies and organizational policies. Key Responsibilities: Administration & Compliance Maintain records and approvals related to sports sections. Ensure all activities comply with statutory regulations and internal policies. Review and update SOPs/checklists regularly. Coordinate and oversee press conferences related to sporting events. Operations & Program Management Oversee daily operations of all sports programs and teams. Coordinate with coaches, athletes, and support staff for effective program delivery. Plan and execute training sessions, matches, and sports events. Develop schedules and maintain a calendar for all sports activities. Ensure implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and checklists across sports sections.
