Role Objective
To function as the Business Manager and Marketing Strategist for the F&B department. You will oversee all dining destinations (including The Earth Plate, Mabruk, Namak, and FUMI), banqueting operations, and in-room dining, ensuring financial profitability while delivering the Sahara Star brand promise of luxury and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic & Financial Management
Develop and execute the annual F&B business plan and marketing budget.
Monitor each profit center (Outlets, Bars, Banquets) to maximize yield and revenue.
Implement aggressive cost-control measures in cost centers like stewarding without compromising quality.
Analyze monthly P&L statements and implement corrective actions for any budget variances.
2. Operational Excellence
Oversee the daily operations of all 5+ specialty restaurants and the expansive banquet halls (Sahara Sapphire, Jade Ballroom).
Ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen (culinary) and service teams to maintain a high Guest Satisfaction Index.
