5. plan dispatch schedules: schedule and plan dispatch of goods according to customer orders and delivery timelines.

6. manage manpower: supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure productivity and efficiency in operations.

7. handle cases: address any warehouse-related issues, discrepancies, or customer complaints effectively.
