Warehouse Supervisor For Logistic Company - Kharkhoda Sonipat

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee warehouse operations: Manage and supervise all activities in the warehouse to ensure efficient and smooth operations.

2. Coordinate logistics: Work closely with logistics executives to ensure timely delivery of goods and inventory management.

3. Utilize SAP system: Use SAP software for inventory tracking, order processing, and maintaining warehouse records.

4. Packaging and quality control: Ensure proper packaging of goods and conduct receiving inspections to maintain quality standards.

5. Plan dispatch schedules: Schedule and plan dispatch of goods according to customer orders and delivery timelines.

6. Manage manpower: Supervise warehouse staff, assign duties, and ensure productivity and efficiency in operations.

7. Handle cases: Address any warehouse-related issues, discrepancies, or customer complaints effectively.

Required Skills and Expectations:

1. Experience in warehouse management: Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and logistics.

2. Knowledge of SAP: Proficiency in using SAP software for inventory management and order processing.

3. Strong organizational skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and coordinate warehouse activities.

4. Attention to detail: Ensure accurate record-keeping, inventory tracking, and quality control.

5. Leadership qualities: Ability to lead and supervise a team of warehouse staff for optimal performance.

6. Strong communication skills: Effective communication with logistics team, management, and external stakeholders.
