ResponsibilitiesResearch potential vendorsCompare and evaluate offers from suppliersNegotiate contract terms of agreement and pricingTrack orders and ensure timely deliveryReview quality of purchased productsEnter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databasesMaintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information and invoicesPrepare reports on purchases, including cost analysesMonitor stock levels and place orders as neededCoordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storageAttend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends

JD for wrehouse ExecutiveReceive products from vendor deliveries and unload trucks at the loading docks Track inventory levels Compare packing lists to company purchase orders and ensure that the products in each delivery match the packing list Overall inventory management Update the product inventory as products are received and added to our inventory Organizing and maintaining inventory and storage area Ensure shipments and inventory transactions accuracy Determine staffing levels and assign workload Maintain items record, document necessary information and utilize reports to project warehouse status Identify areas of improvement and establish innovative or adjust existing work procedures and practices Confer and coordinate activities with other departments Ensure that facility equipment is properly maintained Analyze shipment logs Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries. Office Administration (Petty Cash, Labour attendance, Office Management etc.)
