We are looking for a dedicated Voice Process Executive to join our team in Kolkata. The job will be done from our office, and it involves various tasks centered around customer interaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Handling Customer Calls:** You will manage inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries, ensuring a positive experience throughout the conversation.

- **Providing Information:** Your role will include giving detailed information about products and services, helping customers understand our offerings clearly.

- **Resolving Issues:** You will be responsible for addressing and resolving customer complaints or issues efficiently, aiming for complete customer satisfaction.

- **Maintaining Records:** Keeping accurate records of customer interactions is essential. You will document call details to help improve service and track issues.

- **Achieving Targets:** Meeting personal and team targets for call handling and customer satisfaction is crucial. You will work towards these objectives regularly.

**Required Skills and Expectations:**

Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (or regional languages), both verbal and written. Strong listening skills are important to understand customer needs.
