Make outbound calls to customers regarding health insurance policies.

Explain policy details clearly in Tamil.

Follow up with customers for renewals / sales.

Maintain call logs and daily reports.

Achieve daily and monthly targets.

Build good customer relationships.

🎯 Skills Required:

Good communication in Tamil (English is an added advantage).

Basic computer knowledge.

Confidence in speaking to customers.

Ability to handle customer queries politely.

Sales or telesales experience (optional).
