role overview
as a vrm, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with imperia/high-value customers, delivering a consistent and superior digital banking experience, and driving sales across the banks product portfolio.
key responsibilities
customer engagement & relationship management
engage regularly with mapped portfolio customers ( groups/pf) as per contact policy
build long-term relationships and become the top-of-mind banking partner
ensure accurate and complete capture of all customer interactions in crm
proactively assess customer needs and provide suitable financial solutions
call handling & service excellence
handle customer calls as per defined quality standards
provide accurate and timely resolution of customer queries and complaints
promote digital banking services to enhance customer experience
ensure customer retention and control attrition
sales & portfolio management
achieve scorecard targets and portfolio benchmarks
drive cross-sell and up-sell opportunities based on customer profiling
penetrate products across groups and portfolios
sales across all product segments tpp, assets, cards, deposits, etc.
monitor large value transactions and account closures
compliance & process adherence
ensure adherence to all banking guidelines and regulatory requirements
maintain portfolio quality while considering customer eligibility
ensure accurate and timely submission of financial transactions and service requests
requirements
education: graduate (any discipline)
experience: 03 years (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome)
