role overview:
this role is responsible for managing the retail channel (mfd/ifa segment) of the mutual fund business through virtual/telephonic engagement. the candidate will drive business growth by managing distributor relationships remotely and providing support and product guidance via digital channels.
key responsibilities:
manage and engage a portfolio of mfds/ifas through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
drive mutual fund sales by providing product recommendations and market updates.
conduct virtual presentations and training sessions for distributors as needed.
track business performance, ensure follow-ups, and maintain relationship health.
stay informed about local market trends to guide distributor conversations.
take ownership of assigned partners and ensure consistent engagement and growth.
requirements:
minimum 1 year of experience in a vrm or tele-based role within bfsi.
must hold nism 5a or nism 8 certification.
strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
