Job Title: Virtual Relationship Manager Location: ThaneCertification: NISM Series V-A (Mutual Fund Distributors) or NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) is mandatoryRole Overview:This role is responsible for managing the retail channel (MFD/IFA segment) of the mutual fund business through virtual/telephonic engagement. The candidate will drive business growth by managing distributor relationships remotely and providing support and product guidance via digital channels.Key Responsibilities:Manage and engage a portfolio of MFDs/IFAs through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.Drive mutual fund sales by providing product recommendations and market updates.Conduct virtual presentations and training sessions for distributors as needed.Track business performance, ensure follow-ups, and maintain relationship health.Stay informed about local market trends to guide distributor conversations.Take ownership of assigned partners and ensure consistent engagement and growth.Requirements:Minimum 1 year of experience in a VRM or tele-based role within BFSI.Must hold NISM 5A or NISM 8 certification.Strong communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

1. Intercompany Entry Passing: This involves recording financial transactions between different entities within the same corporate group. Examples include charging management fees, transferring funds, or allocating shared expenses.2. Finding and Rectifying Intercompany Account Entries: Ensuring intercompany accounts are reconciled. Identifying discrepancies (e.g., one entity records a transaction, but the counterpart does not), correcting errors, and ensuring the books match across entities.3. Handling Double or More Entries: Making journal entries that affect multiple entities simultaneously. For example: Entity A invoices Entity B; the entries reflect income for A and expense for B. Allocation of common costs (e.g., IT, utilities) across multiple entities.4. Allocation of Expenses Between Companies: Determining how shared costs, such as rent, software subscriptions, or HR services, are divided among entities. Using methods like headcount, usage-based allocation, or revenue proportion.5. Fundamental Understanding: Candidates should have strong foundational accounting knowledge, including: Double-entry bookkeeping principles. Understanding intercompany reconciliation processes. Proficiency with accounting standards applicable to intercompany transactions

Generating and maintaining databases for future requirements.Salary negotiation, Follow up till the date of joining, Closing the positions Taking references from the candidates.
