required skills and experience:
- 1 to 5 years of strong experience and understanding of opt us hiring, capable of getting students for any technology training & maintaining a database of opt candidates. - ability to interact, develop student network and get the opt/cpt/ead candidates for online training/ classroom training/marketing.
- should be able to get h1b transfer/project transfer resources from their own database and referrals. - maintaining an active database of opt candidates.
- should have some understanding about the hot it skills in the market.
- strong experience in hiring opt/cpt/h1b/gc/ usc candidates from job portals, universities, networks, social networking sites, and other sources.
- recruiting us citizens, green card holders, h1b and tn visa holders, eads for third party and w2 roles
- good negotiation, sourcing, and networking skills.
- experience in recruiting opt/gc/us citizen hiring with effective hands-on experience on various job boards . . dice, career builder, monster, corp-corp etc.-coordinating the entire recruitment process till the consultant is on-boarding.
- need to coordinate for technical screening.
- posting advertisements in university sites and various job portals.
- should poses good knowledge on various technologies in the market.
- need to have excellent knowledge on tax term like c2c, w2 and 1099.
- must be able to maintain contact with consultants and team members on a daily basis
education: minimum of a bachelor’s degree or higher is preferable.
