Role: US IT Recruiter

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad (Onsite)

Experience: 2+ years

Shift Timings: Night Shift (6:30 PM to 3:30 AM)

Salary: Best in industry

Roles & Responsibilities

Experience in handling the full lifecycle of the recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified resumes).

Searching resumes in various US Job Portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed, Career Builder, Etc).

Matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description.

Identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (. Boolean search).

Minimum 2+ year of core hands-on experience in technical hiring.

Experience in recruiting US Citizens and Green Cardholders.

Knowledgeable about different US work Visas like, GC, H1B,H4, OPT, CPT,TN and EADs.

Familiarity with different US Tax terms is required (1099/W2/C2C).

Working experience with direct customers / Vendors / Implementation Partners.

Strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.

Experience in various search/sourcing methods, including LinkedIn, google search strings.

Must have good Negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.

Hands-on experience in CONTRACT, PERMANENT, CONTRACT-TO-HIRE positions.

Submitting quality profiles to Account Managers with quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.

Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
