role: us it recruiter

location: hitech city, hyderabad (onsite)

experience: 2+ years

shift timings: night shift (6:30 pm to 3:30 am)

roles & responsibilities

• experience in handling the full lifecycle of the recruitment process (sourcing; screening and submitting qualified resumes).

• searching resumes in various us job portals (dice, monster, indeed, career builder, etc).

• matching the profile of the candidate as per the job description.

• identifying qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (. boolean search).

• minimum 2+ year of core hands-on experience in technical hiring.

• experience in recruiting us citizens and green cardholders.

• knowledgeable about different us work visas like, gc, h1b,h4, opt, cpt,tn and eads.

• familiarity with different us tax terms is required (1099/w2/c2c).

• working experience with direct customers / vendors / implementation partners.

• strong understanding of technical requirements; deep sourcing skills and excellent candidate assessment skills.

• experience in various search/sourcing methods, including linkedin, google search strings.

• must have good negotiating skills in finalizing rates/salary.

• hands-on experience in contract, permanent, contract-to-hire positions.

• submitting quality profiles to account managers with quick turnaround time to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.

• excellent written, verbal & interpersonal communication skills.
