Must have 3 to 5 years of experience working on W2 requirements.
Understanding of current technologies and upgrading of new technologies.
Recruiting through job portals, social networks combined with utilizing existing candidate relationships and referrals.
Should be comfortable working on high volume requirements.
Engage and activate passive candidates through recruitment best practices and programs.
Should be able to source requirements and recruit candidates independently for the said positions on their own.
Should have an understanding of how to build appropriate Boolean strings.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented, ability to multi-task.
Self-driven, self-motivated with an urgency to succeed in the role.
Should be comfortable to work in US time zones.
