about the job

about the role:

we are seeking dynamic individuals to join our us staffing team. if you are an experienced recruiter in the us technical hiring space or a recent graduate in engineering/science with a passion for recruitment, we want to hear from you!

who can apply:

preferred qualification: freshers with a / degree (preferably in electrical, electronics, or mechanical) and a strong interest in recruitment.

or professionals with 2+ years of experience in us staffing, particularly in engineering/technical roles

location: gurgaon (onsite - open to relocate to gurgaon are preferred)

work timing: night shift (us business hours) 06:30 pm- 04:00 am

working days: monday- friday

cab facility for both sides, one-time complimentary meal.

experience: 0 - 2 years

salary range - lpa - lpa

key responsibilities:

- manage end-to-end recruitment for us-based engineering/technical positions

- source candidates through job boards (cb, monster, linkedin, etc.)

- screen and evaluate candidates effectively for skill and cultural fit

- coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth hiring processes

- maintain and update records using ats tools (training will be provided if needed)

- continuously learn and understand engineering roles and the us job market dynamics

key requirements:

- strong sourcing and research skills

- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

- willingness to work in us time zones

- eagerness to learn recruitment tools and industry trends

- proactive and target-driven mindset
