Role Overview

The OPT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing OPT/CPT candidates for US staffing requirements. The role requires strong candidate engagement, follow-up, and coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities

Source OPT/CPT candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.

Conduct initial screening to assess communication, technical skills, and visa status.

Maintain an updated candidate database and submission tracker.

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely follow-ups with candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates.

Work closely with internal teams to meet hiring targets.
