Unit Manager (4-10 Years)

We are looking for a Unit Manager to oversee operations in our Ludhiana office. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 10 years of experience in a managerial role and possess strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Team Management: Lead and supervise a team to ensure they meet performance goals and maintain a positive work environment.

- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with the company's standards and policies.

- Performance Evaluation: Regularly assess team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and training as needed to improve skills and productivity.

- Goal Setting: Develop and implement strategies to achieve unit targets and align with the overall business objectives.

- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on unit performance, challenges, and achievements for senior management review.

- Problem Resolution: Identify issues within the unit and provide timely solutions to enhance workflow and employee satisfaction.
