we are looking for a dynamic travel sales executive with 1 - 2 years of proven experience in the travel industry. the ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, in-depth destination knowledge, and the ability to convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
key responsibilities:
handle inbound/outbound travel inquiries via calls, emails, whatsapp, and social platforms.
convert leads into bookings by suggesting customized or fixed travel packages.
prepare itineraries, quotations, and travel proposals as per client requirements.
upsell hotels, activities, transfers, and add-ons to maximize revenue.
maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
coordinate with suppliers, hotels, and vendors for smooth operations.
achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
update and maintain crm/records of client interactions and bookings.
requirements:
minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in travel sales/business development (b2c or b2b).
strong knowledge of domestic & international destinations, flights, and hotel bookings.
excellent communication and negotiation skills (english & hindi).
proficiency in ms office and travel crm tools.
customer-focused with a passion for travel and sales.
