Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound sales calls
Understand customer travel requirements
Pitch domestic and international holiday packages
Convert leads into confirmed bookings
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Update customer details and follow-ups in CRM
Coordinate with internal teams when required
Ensure proper customer handling before and after booking
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal communication skills
Sales-oriented and target-driven mindset
Ability to handle pressure and rejections
Willingness to learn sales processes
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Professional attitude and punctuality
Candidate Profile:
Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience
