Key Responsibilities: Handle UK customer inquiries for international holiday and tour packages. Design and customize travel itineraries (Europe, Dubai, Bali, Thailand, etc.). Manage end-to-end booking process including flights, hotels, transfers, and sightseeing. Handle escalations and provide timely resolution for customer issues. Lead, guide, and monitor a team of travel consultants/executives. Assign work, track performance, and ensure target achievement. Improve conversion rates and drive sales performance. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for smooth travel execution. Maintain reports, MIS, and daily performance tracking. Ensure high-quality customer experience for UK clients.
