Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesStudent Counseling & Guidance: Interact with prospective learners via phone, , video calls, or in-person walk-ins to understand their career goals, background, and learning requirements.Program Advisory: Explain course curricula, training methodologies, schedules, fee structures, career outcomes, and placement assistance details clearly to prospects.Lead Conversion & Sales: Follow up promptly on incoming leads, handle inquiries, overcome objections, and convert prospects into enrolled students to achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong rapport with prospective learners throughout the decision-making lifecycle to ensure a smooth onboarding process.Database & CRM Maintenance: Record all student interactions, follow-up schedules, lead statuses, and conversion metrics accurately using CRM software (., Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot).Market & Product Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, new skill requirements, competitor offerings, and internal course updates to provide accurate advice.
