Key Responsibilities
Understand role requirements, team culture, and business needs.
Design and implement effective sourcing strategies for both active and passive talent through job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, social media, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.
Screen and evaluate resumes; conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including shortlisting, scheduling interviews, coordinating feedback, negotiating offers, and supporting onboarding.
Maintain and update candidate information accurately in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) or recruitment database.
Develop and nurture positive relationships with candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment experience.
Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness, and pipeline health.
Research and analyze market trends, competitor hiring practices, and talent availability to advise on recruitment strategies.
Act as a brand ambassador for our client organization by promoting its culture, values, and opportunities during all candidate interactions.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor-s degree in any field.
Freshers with strong English communication skills. (Candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience can also apply).
Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel,Power Point and Words) .
Basic understanding of the recruitment industry.
Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal, research, and innovation skills.
Ability to manage multiple client requirements and meet deadlines.
Quick learner with a strong willingness to upskill and reskill.
What We Offer
Stipend of -8,000 to -10,000 per month. (negotiable).
Eligible for monthly incentives and an annual bonus upon promotion to Junior Recruiter.
