- understand the geography-wise sales plans for tata tiscon from superiors and cascade them to dealer-wise sales plans; ensure achievement of same through appropriate conversion of leads
- visit dealer locations as per personal journey plans (pjp); build mutually beneficial relationships with dealers
- ensures timely collection of outstanding as per credit policy
- locates territories for appointment of new dealers wherever necessary
- promotes specific skus/ new products as per company objectives
- tracks competitors’ activities and gathers market intelligence
- monitors inventory/ stock at dealers’ outlets to maintain optimum stock and avoid stock-out
- facilitates issue of credit notes for dealers and customers by accounts
- ensure dealer development and motivation towards tata tiscon sales and generation of adequate sales funnel; promote new products / skus as planned
- track dealer performance and take required action to improve non performing dealers
- build consumer/ influencer connect as per the region to build brand awareness and generate leads for the dealers; (guide dealer field executives as applicable)
- undertakes account reconciliation with the dealers on a monthly basis
- manages dealers with respect to outstanding , settlement of quality / delivery complaints
