Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across branches.
* Lead and monitor branch sales teams and track KPIs.
* Develop and execute regional sales strategies.
* Identify and improve underperforming branches.
* Conduct regular branch visits and provide operational support.
* Manage employee KPAs and conduct performance evaluations.
* Ensure timely reporting and documentation of sales performance.
Requirements:
