Tender executive should have knowledge of all the tender procedures like downloading of the tenders document preparation for the respective tenders and submission of the tender document on the respective portals like GEM ,MCGM & HAFFKINE portals.

Should have knowledge of payments for the tender fees and bank guarantees as required in the different tenders.

The ability to evaluate the technical and the commercial bids for the respective tenders .
