Telecaller || Freshers & Experienced

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Loan Processing Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for connecting with potential and existing customers to explain loan products, verify documents, follow up on loan applications, and assist in resolving queries throughout the loan approval process.

Make outbound calls to potential customers for personal loans, home loans, or business loans.

Understand customer needs and provide accurate information about loan products.

Collect and verify basic information such as income proof, employment details, and property documents.

Assist in resolving customer issues related to eligibility, documentation, or loan status.

Meet monthly targets for lead conversions and follow-ups.
