Interview For Telecaller || 12th Pass - Freshers

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic female Telecaller to join our team in Katargam. This is a full-time position ideal for candidates with little to no prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make Outbound Calls: Call potential customers to provide information about our products or services, ensuring clarity and encouraging interest.

- Handle Customer Queries: Address questions and concerns from customers effectively, showcasing strong communication skills and product knowledge.

- Maintain Records: Keep accurate records of calls made and customer responses in our database to support future communications and follow-ups.

- Follow-Up Calls: Conduct follow-up calls with potential customers to assess their interest and encourage them to make a purchase.

- Achieve Targets: Work towards achieving daily and monthly targets set by the management, contributing to overall team performance.

Required Skills and Expectations:
