Job Description:

We are looking for a Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team at Genesis Homes.

Your main responsibility will be to call potential customers, explain project details, and schedule site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential clients.

Explain project details and offers clearly.

Follow up on leads and maintain a call record.

Schedule and confirm site visits for customers.

Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.

Requirements:

Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)

Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)

Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi preferred

Skills: Good communication, confidence & convincing ability

Salary & Benefits:
