Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller to join our dynamic sales team at Genesis Homes.Your main responsibility will be to call potential customers, explain project details, and schedule site visits.Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential clients.Explain project details and offers clearly.Follow up on leads and maintain a call record.Schedule and confirm site visits for customers.Support the sales team in converting leads into bookings.Requirements:Qualification: 10th / 12th / Graduate (any stream)Experience: 0-2 years (Freshers welcome)Languages: Kannada, English, Hindi preferredSkills: Good communication, confidence & convincing abilitySalary & Benefits: 12,000 18,000 per month + Incentives Attractive Performance Bonus Working Hours: 9:30 AM 6:30 PM 6 Days Working
