Telecaller || Freshers & Experienced

Job Overview

We are hiring a Telecaller for our finance company to generate leads, promote financial products, and assist customers with their queries. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a strong ability to persuade potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

📞 Lead Generation: Call potential customers and explain the company€™s financial products (loans, credit cards, insurance, investment plans, etc.).

📞 Customer Engagement: Answer inquiries about loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

📞 Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close deals.

📞 Data Management: Keep a record of customer interactions, feedback, and sales progress in CRM/software.

📞 Sales Target Achievement: Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets assigned by the company.

📞 Relationship Building: Maintain positive relationships with clients for future business opportunities.

📞 Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all conversations and transactions comply with company policies and financial regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

œ”️ Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

œ”️ Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferably in finance or banking)

œ”️ Strong verbal communication and convincing skills

œ”️ Basic knowledge of financial products (loans, insurance, credit cards)

œ”️ Ability to handle customer objections and close deals

œ”️ Proficiency in MS Office & CRM tools

œ”️ Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
