This is an exciting opportunity for individuals with a passion for sales and finance.Key Responsibilities:Client Acquisition: Identify and target new business opportunities and prospective clients to meet sales targets.Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell the companys financial products, including loans, insurance, and investment plans, to new and existing customers.Lead Generation: Proactively source leads through various channels, including cold calls, networking events, referrals, and online platforms.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing suitable financial solutions.Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth.Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and achievements. Provide regular reports to the Sales Manager.Customer Service: Ensure timely follow-up with clients for post-sales support, including addressing queries, handling complaints, and providing updates.Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations while conducting sales activities.Skills & Qualifications:12the & Bachelors any degree in Business, Finance, or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in the finance industry.Strong knowledge of financial products and services (loans, investments, insurance).Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Customer Engagement: Answer inquiries about loan eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements. Follow-ups: Maintain regular follow-ups with interested customers to close deals.
