We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Telesales Executive to promote and sell Ayurvedic medicines over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, explaining product benefits, and achieving sales targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain Ayurvedic products.
Handle inbound customer queries related to medicines.
Educate customers about benefits, dosage, and usage (basic explanation).
Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and sales.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers.
Coordinate with the team for order processing and delivery.
Follow company sales scripts and guidelines.
