Job Description

As a Telesales Executive in Kolkata, you will be part of a dynamic team focused on engaging with potential customers over the phone. Your main goal will be to promote our products and convert leads into sales, using your communication skills to build strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. **Conduct Outbound Calls**: You will contact potential customers to introduce our products, explain their benefits, and persuade them to make a purchase.

2. **Maintain Customer Records**: Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to ensure follow-ups and future engagements are effective.

3. **Achieve Sales Targets**: Strive to meet or exceed monthly sales goals through effective sales techniques and customer service.

4. **Provide Product Information**: Answer queries from customers regarding products and services, ensuring they have all the information needed to make informed choices.

5. **Handle Customer Objections**: Listen to customer concerns and objections patiently, providing solutions and building trust to help them feel confident in their purchasing decisions.

Required Skills and Expectations:

Candidates should have a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a telesales role, with excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. A 12th-grade education is essential. You should be able to work in a fast-paced environment and display a positive attitude. Strong persuasion skills and the ability to build rapport with customers are crucial for success in this role.
